Service Feedback
We recently undertook a ‘Hows our service’ survey with everybody that visited us. We asked our guests to mark us on a score of 1 to 5 (5 being highest) on various questions. The results are as follows:-
96% rated our sevice as 4 or higher
89% rated our menu as 4 or higher
97% rated our food presentation as 4 or higher
95% rated our food taste as 4 or higher
94% rated our food portion as 4 or higher
92% rated our drinks offering as 4 or higher
96% rated our drinks presentation as 4 or higher
94% rated our surroundings as 4 or higher
92% rated our ambience as 4 or higher.
We also received feedback on guests favourite pub meals some of which have found themselves on our new winter menu. We always appreciate feedback of any sort, please feel free to do so on here.
